As I expected from a DC movie, the Dark Knight was boring I do not even mind getting out of my seat. This batman movie, unlike George Clooney's Batman shown a few years ago also lacks that x factor (fast paced aspect perhaps?) I often find in Marvel movies. Nevertheless, there have been much buzz about the movie and I want to be able to relate and Heath Ledger is one of the few young actors I really like and would like to see for the last time on big screen how talented he was.

True enough, Ledger did a really excellent job as Joker. You will definitely hate the Joker you will see on the big screen, Sure Ledger is already gone but his last movie, The Dark Knight showcases one of the best roles he has ever played.

I grew up hearing a number of ABBA songs at home which perhaps explains why I enjoyed the songs in the Mama mia movie more than I enjoyed the story of the movie itself. Nevertheless, considering that the Mama Mia! movie starring Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan is actually just an adaptation of a popular stage musical, the film is good enough in bringing a musical stage play into a world wide big cinema presentation.

For people whose lives have been touched by the ABBA music, the music in the movie makes reminiscing inevitable. The location where the movie was shot was also awesome. I guess, many people might be considering to visit Greece after seeing how splendid the place is in the movie. By the way, one of the executive producers of the movie is Tom Hanks, one of my favorite actors.I hope the Mama mia movie soundtrack will be available in my country soon.

Avatar the last airbender fans have been waiting for months now to watch Book 3 episode 16 of the popular Nick Jr show but finally The Southern raiders is now available. I still have to watch this episode in full but I am already posting here the video of The southern raiders taken from youtube.

According to the Wikipedia list of The Last Airbender episodes, The Southern Raiders is about Katara who wanted to confront the Fire Nation soldier who was responsible for the death of her mother.

Two of my most favorite actors are starring in this year's The Mummy movie: Jet Li and Brendan Fraser but of course I will not be watching The Mummy 3: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor simply because of the cast. The mummy 1 and 2 were both blockbusters because of the witty and mystical script paired with fast paced and enjoyable action scenes. Of course, the effects are also awesome.

Rachel Weisz who have played Evelyn "Evie" Carnahan (Brendan Fraser's Egyptologist wife in the first two movies)however, will not be starring in the third sequel. Weisz' representative said that the actress do not want to leave her child to shoot in China for five months but there were also reports that say Weisz do not want the role of being a mother to a 21 year old.

We watched the Journey to the center of the earth movie last Saturday and the film was great. My four year old son was so behave in his seat and seemed so awed watching how the characters of the movie met glowing birds, man eating plants and the gigantic dinosaur (was it a T-rex?).

I just think that the movie is quite short and that the characters were just too endangered to stay longer at the center of the earth to meet more wonderful creatures and awesome places. Nevertheless, Journey to the center of the earth 3D is really an entertaining movie to watch with your family.

The movie stars Brendan Fraser, Anita Briem and Josh Hutcherson.

The trailer of the movie was so awesome and Hancock is starred (and even produced) by one of Hollywood's most popular actors, Will Smith. It turned out, however, that Hancock is a time and money waster.

The story made an unexciting twist in the middle of the movie and I no longer know whether the climax was when Hancock decided to become a better hero after he got out of jail or it wasduring the time that he was able to get away to protect his superhero wife Charlize Theron from dying.

In a battle between an ordinary photographer and the brilliant Iron man, who will likely win? This is not a plot of the upcoming sequel to the Iron Man movie but a real life battle between a Los Angeles photographer and the makers of the Iron Man movie, Marvel and Paramount Pictures.

According to reports, the makers of the Iron Man allegedly used one of Ronnie Adams' photo shots without consent as part of the mock newspaper front page that appeared in the movie. The copyright infringement lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California in June this year.

If there are elements in the movie that are more exciting than the plots of Batman Begins and the forthcoming Dark Knight, it would be Batman's batmobile and bat-pod.

The batmobile, a.k.a "the tumbler" that appeared in the 2005 Batman movie is already awesome but reports say the iconic batmobile was modified for Batman: The Dark Knight to include machine guns that shoot rubber bullets.

As for the bat-pod, Batman's motorcycle is similarly awesome. Unlike regular (much cheaper motorcycles) though, the all black bat-pod comes with guns on its front. Unfortunately, these cars will be for the movie audience's eyes only come last week of July because these babes are likely not to become available in any san diego car dealer .

The Dark Knight stars Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne/ Batman and Heath Ledger as the Joker. Hopefully, the movie will highlight the talent of the late actor Heath Ledger who died on January 22 this year. Co writer and director Christopher Nolan dedicated the movie in memory of him.
